What is Faith?

It is ironing your clothes for work the next day knowing there is going to be a tomorrow

It is a kid being thrown up in the air by her daddy knowing she’s gonna land safe in his arms

It is buying furniture for a new apartment not knowing if you’ll be a legal resident the following month

It is loving every bad situation and creating an opportunity out of it

It is saying “See you soon” knowing there your paths are going to cross someday rather than never

It is preparing to sacrifice your son because God told you to do so

It is hoping that a friend would turn to Christ alone and not indulge in a sinful life.

It is a relationship you have with God even though you’ve never met him face to face

It is knowing there is someone better out there with every silly guy that comes your way

It is saying “Everything’s going good” when actually things can’t get any worse

It is knowing there are amazing friends to stand by you during every fall

It is a feeling of peace & security comforted by the Holy Spirit to get us through hard times

"Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see" Hebrews 11 vs 1

I truly don’t know what tomorrow has is store for me, in fact none of us do. We may get that promotion we’ve been fighting for or meet in an accident. God knows. As for me, I have faith. Faith that tomorrow is going to be ok no matter what because it’s all in God’s plan.
