The Grip of FEAR
Fear easily grips the life out of someone. One week it maybe sleeping alone in the dark. The next it may be the fear of losing your job. Given current crime rates, you maybe afraid to step into the elevator with a stranger. You end an relationship soon fearing you'll spend the rest of your life alone. I don't know about you guys but fear soon gets a good grip on me and gets quite stubborn to leave. Reading the papers or watching a movie is enough to freak me out.

I tend to hit the panic button instantly and google solutions. But, that just leads to freakishly unwanted over thinking, over analyzing and excessive stress. Once the mind is full of these doubts and fears, it literally sucks the life out of a person and it's quite hard to relax the mind.
Obviously, being the person I am - I try to deviate these thoughts in nothing but prayer and meditation. And it got me thinking how we easily run a google search on all circumstances in life instead of turning Bible pages. We allow a web search to complete our question instead of asking our Father above. I am not saying we shouldn't use the resources we've been blessed with, but look at it from the perspective of where our faith comes from. How easily we tend to believe the virtual world when we can easily seek guidance and answers from above.
Our minds maybe overloaded with doubt, worry and questions which are easily answerabe by God above and not google. All we need to do is seek Him, ask Him and not turn to bing!
So this morning as I prayed, God told me to rely on His word and not Wikipedia. So be it fear issues with sickness, security or relationships - you are free to dial a certain number that will not disappoint you but lead you to a solution - 333
