My First Blog Tag !!

First on Facebook, then on Picasa...and I had no idea “tagging” was done on blogs too! Looks like I’m still new to this. I’ve been tagged by Rose with an ‘Honesty Scrap Badge’, so here goes – 10 honest things about me you probably didn’t know:

1. To start off with, I speak only when spoken to...so people often judge me as "stuck up & proud" but it’s just that I am "reserved & quiet". But, that changes once you get to know me !

2. I used to go by the name “Nicole” to some of my friends in Sri Lanka where we had to use stage names…some of them still don’t know my real name!

3. Hmmm, this is quiet embarrassing but I had an eating disorder when I was ten (had a weird phobia thinking everything would get stuck in my throat)…so I didn’t eat solid food for around two months!

4. Most of you would’ve guessed this – I’m a shoeaholic! I love buying and collecting shoes. It’s a terrible weakness to which I have to thank Michelle whose amazing shoe collection inspired me!

5. If I could runaway any day to anywhere – it would either be to the most peaceful place on earth - Oval YWAM, Harpenden or to Melbourne, Australia to see my folks!

6. I love watching live bands perform and going for concerts – my first one was Peter Andre when I was 11 (Mich…remember you carried me for a bit?)

7. I strongly believe in equality and can’t stand to see the discrimination and racism out there in the world today.

8. My favourite Bible verses are Jeremiah 29:11-13 & Philipians 4:6-7

9. I think Rozy has an amazing voice but doesn’t use it to the fullest – (I hope you read this)

10. I love my niece Montana to bits and think she is the most adorable person in the world!
